Their well-informed and trained staff regularly attends seminars about animal nutrition, geriatrics, pain management, dental disease, emergency care, and holistic medicine. They also offer boarding, and promise a competent and caring place to leave your pet if you can't bring them on vacation with you.

Yelp Review: "I love Pet Vet. I lived in Huntington Beach for almost 20 years and always took my dogs here. They have always worked with me financially and when I could not find a cure for something with a different vet, Pet Vet has always had an answer and helped to cure whatever it was (in this case a skin problem).
I moved to Aliso Viejo in 2011 and since then, I have looked at other Vets here in Aliso and in Mission Viejo. I have not been happy with any of them. They all seem to have dollar signs in their eyes and are not very helpful.

At the beginning of 2015, my older cocker spaniel came down with Lymphoma and the vet I took him to near our home, said he had 6-8 weeks to live, after he discovered the lymph nodes in his neck were swollen. I took him back to see Dr. Bennington and she told me that this was a very treatable cancer. We put him on steroids and an antibiotic and I got almost five more months with my sweet boy. He was 11 years old and I was not going to put him through surgery or chemo. Finally, this week (April 27), he was unable to get up and he was suffering. It was difficult to watch him struggle and I knew it was time. We went in and the employees in the front, were super sensitive and Dr. Bennington was with me all the way.

They all helped me though a very difficult time losing my Sunny, who I had, had since he was 8 weeks old. "
